Newest Feingold Supporter

Well, ok, there may be a newer one, but this little guy is pretty damn new!

Say hello to Kumar Jr.!

As you can see he's resting up for the Revolution. But he's got the outfit and the dramatic revolutionary pose down pretty well.

Mrs. Kumar and I are thrilled and overjoyed! He's a total ray of sunshine for us, and we treasure every moment with him.

Anyway, he's part of what has been keeping me otherwise occupied from this blog, but in a good way.

Updates!

Hey folks!

I just wanted to draw your attention to a couple of updates.

First, I've added a link to Pennsylvania for Russ Feingold. If you've got a Feingold blog, and I haven't got it listed, just let me know and I'll put it up there. Which leads me to . . .

Second, I've added an e-mail address to my profile. Predictably it's pnwfeingold at hotmail dot com (ok, I'm kind of a Luddite and don't fully understand why e-mail addresses are written that way on the web, but since I've seen it that way I'll follow suit). Drop me a line if you're so inclined. Thanks to pajewel for bringing the lack of a way to reach me to my attention. Actually, I knew about the lack, but her comment prompted me to do something about it.

So there you have it folks! More will be coming later.

Keeping His Eye On The Ball

Democrats are doubtlessly gleeful over the Foley/page scandal, and doubtless many of them harbor deep bitterness towards Republicans for the fun and games that was the impeachment trial of President Clinton. So it is understandable that they would take time out to either deservedly rake Republicans over the coals, or sit back and watch the raking.

But I was relieved to see that at least one Democrat understood that there are more important issues to be discussing, even if they don't generate a great deal of short-term political gain. That Democrat? You guessed it! Senator Russ Feingold.

The Iraq War is a mess, and it needs to end. And someone needs to keep us focused on that. I'm just glad that someone is Senator Feingold.
